Sidney Crosby not returning quite yet

The Pittsburgh Penguins star, Sidney Crosby, isn’t going to return to the line-up Sunday. Crosby, who has been on the comeback trail since December, will have to wait another couple of days before he can play.

He’s been sidelined with concussion-like symptoms since Dec. 5.

Crosby told reporters on Saturday that he’s still not quite ready to return to the ice. The 24-year-old former MVP was cleared for contact and originally thought he might Sunday against the Boston Bruins. But now, no dice.

Crosby will wait until Next Thursday before trying to play again when the team heads to New York, New Jersey and Philadelphia.
