Things have gone from bad to worse for the Beavers fans. And Wisconsin continues to roll.
Oregon State doesn’t have a great track record when it comes to playing games east of the Mississippi River, and so far its holding true. The Beavers trail 21-0 to the Badgers.
I just saw the Voice of the Beavers, Mike Parker, in the hall way. Even he was expecting a powerful Wisconsin attack, but who could have predicted this?
The Badgers took control of the game in the second quarter. Completing 6-of-7 passing for 61 yards, converting every third-down attempt and held the ball for over nine minutes.
To make things even tougher to swallow for the Beavers. The was 1-for-3 on third down and only managed one rushing yard in the second quarter.
The lone bright spot, Beaver quarterback Sean Mannion went intot he half 5-for-7 in the second quarter with 65 yards.
But before Beaver believers begin boasting, Badgers begin third quarter with the ball.
