Georgia Bulldogs exercise some demons, beat Coastal Carolina 59-0

Well, the Georgia Bulldogs are feeling a little better today. The Bulldogs (1-2) quarterback Aaron Murray had four scores in the first half (three passing, one rushing) and Georgia exercised some demons and clobbered Coastal Carolina 59-0 on Saturday.

The Coastal Carolina Chanticleers were down 35-0 at the half. The Bulldogs out-gained the Chanticleers 305-to-48 in the first half, by the end of the game, Coastal Carolina (2-1) only managed seven first downs and 107 yards.

Murray on played one series in the second half, his backup Huston Mason added a touchdown of his own.

Isiah Crowell, in his first start, had 16 carries for 86 yards and a touchdown.

Georgia, with a chance to top 60 points for the first time since 2004, decided to call a running play on fourth down instead of kicking a field goal.
