NFL still plans on playing in London

Now that the lockout has ended, plans for sending the NFL to London can resume.The NFL plans to play a game in Wembley Stadium for a fifth-consecutive year.

The original teams – the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Chicago Bears – are still set to go for the Oct. 23 game. The game was in question because of the lockout.

The NFL and NFLPA announced a 10-year labor deal Monday to end the dispute.

Both teams have a short history of games in London. The Bucs were beaten in 2009 by the New England Patriots and the Bears beat the Dallas Cowboys in a 1986 preseason game.
