Seattle Mariner’s pitching staff is looking like the Royal Family moved West.
King Felix, Felix Hernandez, has a Fresh Prince – Michael Pineda.
During the first two months of the season, the rookie hurler is dominating like Hernandez did when he made his debut. Through nine starts, Seattle’s young righty is 6-2 with a 2.16 ERA and leads all rookies in wins, ERA and strikeouts.
Seattle, in many respects, has two of the top young arms in baseball.
Seattle will be tested at home this weekend. Friday, the New York Yankees will be in town.
