UConn falls to Notre Dame, Maya Moore finishes career

3,000-plus points later, UConn Huskies’ Maya Moore’s has finished her collegiate career.

But it wasn’t an easy ride into the sunset. UConn lost to Notre Dame, 72-63 on Sunday night.

Moore, who scored 36, including 12-consecutive points to close out the second half, won’t finished her career as a three-time National Champion.

Moore will likely prepare for the WNBA.

Notre Dame will prepare for it’s first title-run in a decade. They play Texas A&M Tuesday night.
