Trojans bested Beavers by 11, 67-56

Beaver believers aren’t too thrilled this morning. Another game, another disappointing performance on offense.

USC looked dominate in the 67-56 victory over Oregon State – snapping a three-game losing streak to Beavers.

Beaver coach Craig Robinson told The Daily Barometer before the game: “This won’t be the first weekend on the road, so this will be an opportunity to show that we can handle being on the road.”

Apparently, they are still learning. Nine Beaver steals, scored only eight fast-break points and resulted in three turnovers.

On the Beaver fan site, pure-orange.net, the fans are about a rabid as Beavers can become:

We WILL go on a 6+ minute scoring drought EVERY SINGLE GAME. BET YOUR HOUSE, CAR, AND FIRST BORN ON IT.

The other team will go on a double digit run during this drought, and we’ll beg, borrow, scratch, and steal the rest of the game trying to get out of the deficit.. and we’ll more often than not come up short.. rinse & repeat.

I’ve NEVER seen a team make shooting look so monumentally tough.. NEVER.
