30 Clubs in 30 Days: Bottom 10 Recap

Here’s a quick recap of the bottom 10 teams.

30. Seattle Mariners

29. Pittsburgh Pirates

28. Arizona Diamondbacks

27. Cleveland Indians

26. Kansas City Royals

25. Houston Astros

24. Baltimore Orioles

23. Chicago Cubs

22. New York Mets

21. Washington Nationals

Your thoughts are welcome. What team is ranked too high/too low? Which of these bottom ten teams is going to make me look bad? Of the teams that aren’t ranked in the bottom ten, what team deserves to be there? If you could rearrange these rankings how would you do so? Which of these teams will be the first to make the playoffs in the future?

  1. Personally, I think the Pirates have a chance to impress this year. Pitching, not so much, but Alvarez and McCutchen are going to be fun to watch.

Maybe should be higher than 29th. At least there is something to watch on the field, unlike the Mariners, and lining the Bucco’s up so close to the M’s is a slap in the face to and Pirates fan of the last 20 years. If, 18 years after Bonds, the Pirates only advancement is to be one better than the Mariners, God help those fans.

  3. Wanted to put the Pirates higher. Just not enough pitching to justify it. But as the article states I do love McCutchen.
