Cavs get first pick in 2011 NBA Draft

The Cleveland Cavaliers won the NBA lottery Tuesday night and with it were awarded the No. 1 overall pick in the June’s draft.

Cleveland had a 2.8% chance at winning the top pick with this particular selection. The pick was actually acquired from the Los Angeles Clippers along with Baron Davis for point guard Mo Williams back at February’s trading deadline.
