Aaron Gray uncertain for Game 2

It wasn’t pretty. Late in Game 1, Pau Gasol accidentally stepped on Aaron Gray’s foot while Gray tried to snare a rebound.

Diagnosis: A sprained right ankle.

Monday, the New Orleans center looks uncertain he’ll be able to play in the Hornets’ next postseason game.

Gray scored a season-high 12 points in the Hornets’ 109-100 upset victory over the Lakers on Sunday, but had to be helped off the court by teammates with 1:07 to play in the game.

Gray told reporters Monday his ankle feels much better, but his foot was in a “moon boot”.
