One day after being traded to the Knicks All Star forward Carmelo Anthony has agreed to a 3-year contract extension worth nearly $65 million with New York. Here are the details of Anthony’s new deal:
2011-2012 season: $18.52 million (player option on current deal picked up)
2012-2013 season: $19.45 million
2013-2014 season: $21.49 million
2014-2015 season: $23.53 million
Anthony will wear the #7 jersey with the Knicks.
