Syracuse, New York will do strange things to a person. I’m currently sitting in my Jeep on Fayette Street in downtown Syracuse.
That’s not the strange thing.
The strange thing is I’m sitting in my soft-top Jeep in jeans and a fleece jacket and I’m warm!
It’s roughly 40 degrees IN my jeep and I am warm. Almost too warm.
People are walking around the streets in light jackets and other have ROLLED UP THEIR LONG SLEEVES!
What is going on, people?!
I understand that it has been colder than an icicle on Mars lately. I think it was -12 just 10 days ago and the windchill has kept this city below freezing since January 1, but c’mon! It could snow in five-fewer degrees.
Who am I kidding? Tomorrow’s high is 55 and I’m going ot wear shorts.
