The Philadelphia Eagles have finalized their coaching staff by hiring former San Francisco 49ers secondary/cornerbacks coach Johnny Lynn as their new cornerbacks coach. Lynn left the 49ers organization back on December 7th due to personal reasons. He also served as the defensive coordinator for the New York Giants from 2002-2003.
The Eagles also announced the following coaching promotions:
James Urban has been named assistant offensive coordinator.
David Culley has been named Senior offensive assistant and WR coach.
Doug Pederson has been named the team’s QB coach.
Duce Staley has been named the team’s special team’s quality control coach.
Bobby April Jr. has been named defensive quality control coach.
