Kobe Bryant is still the main attraction but the Los Angeles Clippers are making a name for themselves.
The Clippers beat the Golden State Warriors 113-109 Saturday night. It’s their 12 win in the last 17 games – including seven consecutive.
Blake Griffin hit a 3-pointer in the final two minutes to seal the deal. Griffin finished with 30 points, 18 rebounds and eight assists. Setting career marks in the latter two.
Eric Gordon had 23 points, but lef the game with a bruised back.
It was a sad “homecoming” for former Clipper, Baron Davis. Early foul trouble limited him to seven points and six assists.
