The Sepp Blatter saga continues. It’s been a few months, but again, someone is callign for the president of FIFA to step down.
This time it is Bayern Munich president Uli Hoeness.
Hoeness wants FIFA president Sepp Blatter removed from office if Blatter can’t control the leagues corruption. And Hoeness wants it done by next year.
Hoeness said he wants Blatter to “clearly state how he intends to dry out this swamp” and if he fails “there must be a possibility to remove him.”
Hoeness told the Sueddeutsche newspaper: “every week something new comes (up),” and he thinks that Blatter should be gone.
Blatter is due to remain as president through 2015.
