Alan Fox reported Saturday that Oregon running back Lache Seastrunk was leaving the UO program.
Tuesday, the former Duck landed at Baylor.
Baylor announced Tuesday that Seastrunk signed a financial aid contract. He will now enroll in classes and plans to join the football team.
Recall that Seastrunk has been connected Oregon’s alleged misuse of Texas-based prep scouting service.
The Ducks granted him his unconditional release last weekend.
Baylor coach Art Briles says Seastrunk, the Temple, Texas native, “is back where he needs to be” at Baylor, about 35 miles from his hometown.
