The college basketball player of the year has found a home in the NBA.
With the tenth pick in the 2011 NBA draft the Sacramento Kings selected point guard Jimmer Fredette from Brigham Young University.
Sacramento acquired the pick from Milwaukee as a part of their three team trade including Charlotte earlier today.
Fredette is an outstanding scorer and shoot who led the nation in scoring with a 28.9 point per game average during his senior season.
The Kings traded back to the No. 10 selection targeting the BYU product. Fredette immediately provides a new face of the franchise for Sacramento.
