New York Red Bulls acquire Conde from Chicago Fire

The New York Red Bulls have acquired the contract of Wilman Conde from the Chicago Fire. The Red Bulls traded allocation money and signed the defender.

The trade was announced Monday. Conde spent last year with Mexico’s Atlas – where he scored two goals in 13 games.

the 29-year-old Columbian played for the Chicago Fire from 2007 to 2010. He played in more than 60 games and was a two-time MLS All-Star.
