Jeff Fisher might be the most popular coach in the NFL right now – an he’s not even employed.
Fisher finished his interview with the Miami Dolphins and left the team’s complex at mid-afternoon Tuesday in owner Stephen Ross’ helicopter.
Yes, you read that correctly, via helicopter.
Outside of Miami Fisher’s name has popped up in connection with the Rams and the Buccaneers. In the NFL there are currently five job openings for “Head Coach.”
To make things even more interesting, the Rams’ vice president and chief operating officer, Kevin Demoff, happens to be the son of Fisher’s agent, Marvin Demoff, according to The Associated Press.
Fisher coached the Titans franchise for 17 years and led Tennessee to the 2000 Super Bowl.
