From the Northwest to the Midwest. Marquette named University of Portland Director of Athletics, Larry Williams, its new vice president and Athletics Director.
Williams, a former Notre Dame football player, had been with the University of Portland since 2004.
Former Athletic Director, Steve Cottingham, resigned for the position in June amid alleged sexual assault allegations.
