The Wisconsin Badgers know what they are doing. Then again, so might the Beavers.
Wisconsin offensive coordinator Paul Chryst was the Oregon State offensive coordinator and QB coach in 1997-98 and 2003-04. When Chryst took the OC job at Wisconsin, he implemented a very similar offense.
With that being said, Chryst, can also help the Badgers key on what Oregon State head coach and playcaller, Mike Riley, will be doing today.
Should be an interesting match-up.
A quick history lesson:
• Wisconsin has won 29-consecutive regular-season non-conference games
• Wisconsin is 32-2 when holding opponents under 20 points
• Oregon State has played 11 non-conference games against FBS schools and since 2003 only two have finished outside the Top 25
• Oregon State is 23-4 when a running back finishes with more than 100 yards.
