Monday night football will continue to air on the worldwide leader in sports through at least the 2021 season.
On Thursday morning ESPN and the NFL announced an 8-year extension for the broadcast rights to Monday Night Football.
The 8 year deal is worth $14.4 billion. The NFL will make $1.8 billion per year which is a 63% increase over the last deal.
