The Nationals, looking to rebound after a big loss last night, now have an even more difficult task. A rocket line drive ricocheted off the face southpaw John Lannan in the top of the fourth inning in Washington.
He left the game immediately with trainers.
Ryan Matheus replaced Lannan.
