Okay, anytime I can work pretty girls into the news on this site I will. Not for the reasons you’re thinking, either. Most sports sites will – as I se it at least – use “hot chicks” to boost traffic. It’s rampant on the web.
But no, I like to sneak attractive women into the news, when they are actually news-worthy because its a nice change of pace to all of the pictures of athletes that usually fall into the pages of The [Five] Daily.
So, with that being said, meet Brooke Daniels. She is a babe.

Moving on.
Apparently, Dallas wide receiver Roy Williams was also quite smitten with Daniels. He sent the 2009 Miss Texas USA winner a large engagement ring – including proposal – by mail. The ring is valued at $76,600. The proposal was valued, according to Daniels answer, at zero.
At one point in the time, the two were romantically involved in some capacity. Not anymore.
But she kept the ring. Then “lost” it. Then “found” it at her father’s house. Now Williams wants it back.
And he has decided to sue her for it. According to court papers, Williams wants Daniels to return the ring he mailed to her in February.
The best part is, Michael Daniels (Brooke’s father) told the Odessa American that Williams told his daughter he didn’t want the ring back and expected her to change her mind.
You know, because after all, he is Roy Williams.
She didn’t.
Daniels says he’ll return the ring to avoid the legal hassle.
