NBA players may get $160 million in extra revenue

The locked-out NBA players might have a reason to smile soon. Two people with knowledge of the situation have tol The Associated Press that NBA players will have their escrow money returned to them.

According to the sources, the player salaries fell below 57-percent of league revenues last season.

Again, according to these sources, players are set to receive roughly $160 million back when a final audit of league revenues is completed.

The escrow return was first reported by NBA.com.
