With the 13th pick in the 2011 NBA draft the Phoenix Suns selected forward Markieff Morris from Kansas University.
Markieff is the first of the Morris twins to be selected in the draft.
Morris led the big 12 with a 57.9% field goal percentage last season which was 12th in the nation.
The 6’9” 241 pound power forward averaged 13.6 points and 8.9 rebounds during his junior year and Kansas
