A good sign for football fans. NFL Commissioner, Roger Goodell, is meeting with a handful of owners and NFL Players Association chief, DeMaurice Smith and a group of players for a second-consecutive day in Maryland.
The Associated Press is reporting the negotiations are continuing Wednesday and they include lawyers for both sides.
On Tuesday, several people familiar with the talks told the AP progress was being made toward ending lockout.
There is even optimism that a new collective bargaining agreement could be reached by early July, allowing training camps to open on time later next month.
