The Saskatchewan Roughriders acquired the negotiating rights to former Ohio State quarterback Terrelle Pryor.
Pryor, who left Ohio State after playing as a three-year starter for the Buckeyes, is apparently trying to take his talents to Canada.
Roughriders General Manager, Brendan Taman, told The Associated Press on Wednesday, “That the team has talked to Pryor’s lawyer, Larry James. According to Taman, James told the Roughriders that Pryor would need until next week to consider the situation.”
Taman said that Pryor would start as a quarterback. Though, before he moves north he can still enter the supplemental NFL Draft this summer.
