Bob Knight has criticized something – again. This time it isn’t a reporter, a game, a referee, or even the fans.
Bob is now after the NCAA. Go big of Go home, right?
Knight is flummoxed by the NCAA ruling against the Ohio State players who traded memorabilia. The former NCAA basketball coach spoke to a handful of reporters before speaking at the Henry P. Iba Citizen Athlete Awards ceremony.
He called the rule “idiotic” and while he recognized that the rule exsisted, he didn’t agree with it. He also said the NCAA “is so far out of touch with the integrity of the sport that it’s just amazing.”
