Early Derby favorite Uncle Mo has been scratched from Saturday’s Kentucky Derby.
Owner Mike Repole says the colt has been scratched due to a gastrointestinal ailment. He was the 9-2 second choice on the morning line.
Uncle Mo’s scratch reduces the field for the 137th Derby to 19 horses. Dialed In is the 4-1 early favorite.
