Here we go again.
During Sunday night’s Game 3 matchup between the Chicago Bulls and the Miami Heat, Bulls center Joakim Noah appeared to have been caught on camera yelling a homophobic slur at a fan behind Chicago’s bench.
Last month Los Angeles Lakers forward Kobe Bryant was fined $100,000 for a similar occurrence. Bryant’s reaction was caught on camera on TNT’s telecast between the Lakers and San Antonio Spurs. After getting hit with a technical foul Bryant stormed to the bench and then yelled, “Bennie!” toward the referee Bennent Salvatore. He then leaned back and muttered what appeared to be a gay slur.
Watch the incident involving Noah below:
I feel like if you don’t know if the person he was talking about had the sexual preference of a homosexual you can’t call it slur because you also don’t know the fan’s comment.
