Von Miller, the Texas A&M standout linebacker, was selected second overall. The 6-foot3 248 was taken by the Denver Broncos.
He ran a 4.46 40-yard dash at the NFL Combine and really boosted his value when teams realized his physical ability.
He was in tears after the selection was made.
