Chivas is atop the MLS allocation list and must decide by 5 p.m. EDT Tuesday. If they pass on Feilhaber, Philadelphia is next.

MLS is paying a transfer fee to Aarhus, and Feilhaber will earn at least $335,000, according to The Associated Press.
