Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco is angry over the team’s decision to fire QBs coach Jim Zorn.
Zorn was dismissed on Thursday after one season with Baltimore and the team announced offensive coordinator Cam Cameron would take over Zorn’s responsibilities with quarterbacks.
Flacco took the firing as a personally, implying the firing was a result of his progression and performance.
Flacco improved under Zorn’s tutelage. Compared to 2009, Flacco’s touchdowns, quarterback rating and his interceptions were all statistically better.
Flacco says, “I don’t think it was a good decision. I’m disappointed, and they know I’m disappointed.”
