Oregon State running back, Jacquizz Rodgers plans to enter the NFL Draft.
Reported first by KBVR Oregon State Insider Brandon Sprague via facebook roughly 10 minutes ago, that the 5’7, 190lb standout player plans to enter the NFL draft, skipping his senior season.
“I’ve thought long and hard about this decision,” Rodgers said. “I want to thank all of Beaver Nation for their support throughout my time here at Oregon State. Without all of that support I wouldn’t be in this position.”
Rodgers was a Heisman Hopeful at the beginning of the 2010 campaign. He was one of 12 semifinalists for the Doak Walker Award and the 2008 Pac-10 Offensive MVP – the first ever freshman in Pac-10 history.
