According to Profootballtalk:
Lawyer Eric Deters, who represents a class of folks suing Bengals receiver Chad Johnson for failing to deliver on a promise to give away a Lexus at a Cincinnati-area comedy club, claims that Johnson perjured himself during deposition testimony in the case according to Profootballtalk.com.
He “lied under oath more than once,” Deters said during a recent interview with Alan Cutler on 1530 The Homer in Cincinnati, via FanHouse. The matter has been referred to prosecutors, Deters told Cutler. Deters, who also represented a class of alleged victims in the filed-then-abandoned action against the Patriots for cheating in Super Bowl XXXVI, says that the case against Chad goes to trial on June 30. There’s even speculation from the lawyer representing the comedy club that Johnson won’t show up for the trial.
The lawyer chided Chad, opining that Johnson has the “mental agility of a small soap dish.” (Yeah, the guy actually said that.)
“The intellectual capacity there was very much lacking,” Deters also said. “I don’t understand how he can understand a playbook.”

Seriously, Chad should just buy the cheapest Lexus possible and settle the deal rather than going to court. I’m sure he has the $$$ to back it up.
