Rotation 4 – Beam

Welcome to Round 4! The Beavers moved to Beam and took control of the meet it seemed. The rotation for the Beam: Yuki Lamb, Jen Kesler, Laura-Ann Chong, Tasha Smith, Claire Pierce, Jami Lanz,

The Beavers started out with Lamb and Kesler with Back-to-Back 9.8’s and a (unnecessarily low score from the judges) 9.775 for Chong. But The Beavers answered back with the combination of Smith, Pierce and Lanz. The last three “O.State Gymnasts” came out firing on all cylinders. They scored two 9.875’s and a 9.95 respectively. The 9.95 for Lanz to a chant of “Ten-Ten-Ten!” from the crowd.

So the Beavers go into the next “Bye” after they finished with a 49.3 on the Beam.
